OEM Brazed Heat Exchanger Rreplacement Project-HESSA Vietnam and HESSA China Collaboration
Project Background
Vietnam customer’s air compressor oil and air coolers have inside leakage, the original type is SWEP B120THx80/1P & B427Lx150/1P, Alfa Laval type is CB77-178L/H, Funke TPL00-K-008-22, now we use Shineheat Brazed Heat Exchanger successfully instead of the original one. Now all our units operate stably and performance is better than the original type.
The Broken Brazed Heat Exchanger need to replacement in one plant
Customer need replace existing Broken Brazed Heat Exchanger, and replacment Identical one without any modifications on Pipeline working.
Challenges for this Job/Project
1. Understand Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger working application very well, Oil Cooling, Evaporator or Condenser, or Dual Function？
Without original specificaiton and drawing, our engineer just need to confirm its working application by professional expereince.
2. This Job engaged three different Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger supplier, Alfa Laval, Funke and GEA, different connection standard and size, different Pitch Size of connection, some engaged in special process flanges.
3. Flexible production for trail-made Brazed Plate Heat Exchanger upon one unit each model production.
