Spare Parts selection Tips for APV SPX FFPE Model 
1. FFPE Gaskets have different gaskets for "Product Side" and "Steam Side", and their material are different in common condition.
Generally, the "Steam Side" will work for high temperature steam, always we select FKM or HEPDM gasket material; "Material Side" will be EPDM or NBR Material  in food class.

2. The FFPE Gaskets For "Material Side" also have two different model, called " Narrow Gap" and "Wide Gap" Seperately.
Generally, the thickness for " Narrow Gap" and "Wide Gap" of FFPE Product side are different, the thickness for " Narrow Gap" is 9.3mm, and for "Wide Gap" is 13mm
